Getting Started
To access your phonemail box from your own phone do the following:

  • Dial your PhoneMail access number (see below)
  • Enter # (to indicate that you are calling from your own phone)
  • Enter 111# (this is your temporary password)

The system will tell you that "You have logged onto the system using a password that is not secure." You will be required to change your password at this point. Passwords can be as long as 24 digits.

To access your PhoneMail box from another phone do the following:

  • Dial the appropriate PhoneMail access number
  • Enter your 4 digit extension number, then press #
  • Enter your password, then press #

Listening To Messages

  • Access your PhoneMail box
  • Press 3 to listen to your messages
  • At end of message, press 4 to save it or 6 to delete it

Changing Your Password

  • Access your PhoneMail box
  • Press 9 for mailbox options
  • Press 3 to changes your password
  • Dial your new password (up to 24 digits)

Recording A Personal Greeting

  • Access your PhoneMail box
  • Press 8 for answering options
  • Press 1 to change your personal greeting (PhoneMail will play your current greeting)
  • Press 1 to record your greeting
  • At the tone, say your name, then press star (*) then pound(#)

Recording Your Name

  • Access your phonemail box
  • Press 8 for answering options
  • Press 4 for recorded name
  • Press 1 to record your name
  • Begin recording at the tone, when finished, press star (*),then pound (#).

    This feature allows PhoneMail users to hear your name when addressing a message to you, or listening to a message from you.
