The information in this catalog applies to the academic years 2006-2007 and 2007-2008. Xavier reserves the right to change without notice any of its rules and regulations, programs and courses, tuition and fees, and any other matters described in this catalog, and to make such changes applicable to students already registered as well as to new students.
