# Students following these curricula who have bypassed Pre-Calculus with the approval of the University should take MATH 1070 -- Introductory Calculus in the Fall of the Sophomore year, so that they will be eligible for timely completion of the Sophomore Competency tests. Failure to do so will not only delay completion of Sophomore Comps but will make it necessary for the student to seek a waiver in order to take BIOL 3110 -- Genetics.

*To be chosen from one of the following: PSCI 1010 or 1020 or SOCI 1010 or ECON 1030, 2010, or 2020 (the latter two are primarily for ECON majors).

All majors must have passed the first two sections of the N.T.E. and should have been accepted into the Teacher Education Program before taking junior-level education and psychology courses.
